Terms of use

Speri is an app for running a car wash: bookings and online booking, car check-in and work orders, customers and vehicles, payments, earnings, customer messages and a car wash website. The service is provided by Danis Čaušević, Ulica Božidara Magovca 109.

By signing up and using Speri you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use Speri.

• The account is opened by the car wash owner, who is responsible for the accuracy of the car wash's details.
• The owner can invite staff. Staff use Speri on behalf of the car wash; the owner is responsible for who has access and should deactivate staff who no longer work there.
• Keep your access to yourself. If you suspect your account is being misused, tell us right away.

A new car wash gets 30 days of free use of all features, with no card required. After it ends, the car wash can still view its data but can't change it until it chooses a plan.

• Plans and prices are published at speri.app. All prices include VAT.
• Card payments go through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel it.
• You can also pay cash or by bank transfer: access then lasts until the date paid for.
• If a card payment fails, everything keeps working for 7 more days. If payment still doesn't go through, the car wash switches to read-only mode.
• A price change doesn't apply to existing subscriptions until the next renewal, and we notify you in advance.

You cancel a card subscription yourself, in Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; we don't refund unused time. Data is kept (read-only) and you can ask for it to be exported or deleted.

• The website is a one-time payment. It works only while the car wash has an active subscription or free trial; otherwise it shows “Currently unavailable” and the content is kept.
• An own domain is paid yearly. A domain we buy for a car wash is registered in the car wash's name or transferred to it on request.
• The car wash is responsible for the text, photos and details on its website and must have the right to use them.

The car wash is responsible for its customers' data (controller), and Speri processes it only on the car wash's instructions (processor) and in line with the Privacy policy. The car wash guarantees that it enters customer data lawfully and sends messages that aren't needed for a booking only to customers who have consented.

You may not use Speri for spam, unlawful content, attempts to access other people's data or disrupting the system. In those cases we may restrict or close the account.

• We work hard to keep Speri running reliably, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation (e.g. due to maintenance or outages at service providers).
• We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage. Total liability is limited to the amount the car wash paid Speri in the last 12 months, unless the law provides otherwise.
• The car wash is responsible for messages its staff send from their own WhatsApp.

We may change these terms. We'll notify car wash owners of important changes by email at least 15 days in advance; continuing to use Speri after that means accepting the changes.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Zagreb, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
